- A Clean Sweep. Time for a good clean and freshen up. That old tatty bean bag will have to go, the last thing you want is prospective buyers walking away with the lasting memories ‘did you see that bean bag’. Anything that could divert attention away from the presentation of your home in its best light should be put out of sight during viewings.
- Shout it Out! Listing your home for sale feels great, the start of a new journey. Don’t keep it a secret. Word of mouth is incredibly powerful. Tell your friends and family about your Agent’s listing and ask them to share it. The more eyes you can get on your listing the quicker you could be packing.
